Legendary Workshop

The legendary workshop thread in the official website is now open to allow folk from the community to post their ideas.

I've posted one myself which I think is something that'd come in handy :

This ones pretty straightforward but rather useful for everybody.

Elemental Ring of Conversion

Secondary
Converts all *Elemental* to *Elemental*
(where *Elemental can be Arcane,Cold,Lightning,Fire,Holy and Physical)

Primary :
One main stat
*Elemental* skill deal 15%-20% more damage

+ 3 Random stats

Interesting follow up to the legendary workshop with Blizzard :

Of particular interest is one they picked at around 11:15 mins into the video which they describe as being an item that rotates the elemental damage that my proposed item above tries to address.

Basically, DiabloFans summerised this as :
Ring Elemental Rotation

Will it rotate between elements that are available for the class that's using it
Current unsolved problem: how long should the elemental rotation be?
Ideally low (5-10 second range) because of the interaction between resource generators and spenders
Elemental rotation probably fixed (not random) to allow planning
