Followers effectiveness and which to choose

Postby Jafool » Wed Dec 17, 2014 9:34 pm

Hello!

I've been wondering. How much does followers actually make a difference? Is it worth decking them out with fat gear?
Also, which follower is generally the best one? And which one is best for which class?

I'm currently using the templar and his heals are actually pretty damn useful at times, I have to say.

Have a great day and happy holidays. :)
With love.... and stuff...

I'm using the templars heals as it's more conductive to playing hardcore where you lose everything one death.

The followers are better utilised by combining certain items like 2 unity rings (one on yourself and one on follower) to effectively double your effective hitpoints.

I wrote a rather old guide here :

Okay, I'll read that when I can! :) Thanks.

So templar is probably the way to go for pretty much every class, am I right?

And I should probably give him strength+vitality right?
