This will attempt to refresh all characters and add new SC LV 60+ OR HC lvl 60+ only and also automatically update the accountwide paragon charts + 3,7 and 14 day speed ladders. You need at least a paragon level 1 for EXP tracking.

Future imports should run faster than the very first one and manual imports will create permanent datapoints at 12 hr intervals for paragon charts and 1 hr intervals for heroes.
